The training is focused on different branches that include, through learning various methods and techniques.
The different psychotherapeutic, philosophical and mystical approaches, brought together in the same method of INNER EVOLUTION, encompass the psycho-emotional, corporal and spiritual approach for different levels of consciousness, according to the moment and circumstances of each person.

The focus of our training is aimed at being simple and profound, sensitive and centered, humble and open to be awake and balanced, occupying a place of impact on others but without seeking prominence.
It focuses on the student awakening a presence in himself that allows the creation of this field.
This presence will be activated as a natural consequence in the student as he frees himself from interference, shame, insecurity, distrust, that is, from his own conditioning that limits him and that later manifests as a negative projection through unconscious language. Everything that can hinder the creation of this FIELD and the spontaneous phenomenon of SURRENDER can be healed.
It focuses on creating a deep bond of trust and love between the therapist and their patient.
It allows you to go beyond any technique or method and is applicable to everyone equally.
Focuses on the creation of the HEALING FIELD as the main therapeutic tool.
It does not set goals or objectives. Whatever happens is present as a possibility or potentiality and will happen by itself.

ROUTE
FORMATIVE
1. Observational Phase:
Listening to classes held by teachers and observing their movements in the field of retreats, addressing situations, interacting
interacting with people, holding the field, solving issues, answering questions, etc.
2. Practical Phase:
At a certain point in the training, we transition from the state of a “receiving student” to a “transmitting student.” Students who wish to, can take on the role of facilitator, starting to relate to the external from a new space, under the supervision of experts.
Feedback Moment:
This is the space where supervisors share observations and comments on the students’ practical moments. The constructive aspect of this moment enhances the development of students’ potential.
3. Authorization Achievement
After a period of practice, the time comes when the person is ready to be authorized and can experience functions within the retreat team, becoming an integral part of the organization. There are various levels of authorization, resulting from an internal achievement. The deeper we go into the infinite of our being, the more responsibility we can assume. Depending on the internal space an individual is in, they can administer more or less power
The duration of each phase varies according to each student, respecting their pace, timing, abilities, and attitude of integrating everything taught and transmitted in the various training cycles.
The training process is in person. The nuance of personal interaction between people is vital for the student’s development.
However, in-person training is supported by online training material through our virtual campus with more than 1,000 hours of workshops available that complement and enrich it.
We also have an online streaming platform where you have unlimited access to Alverto’s WORK, which is taking on a masterful virtual form. We are interweaving hundreds of videos on topics of great interest for inner development with the deep and original approach of the Inner Evolution Method. The choice of various training branches is adaptable to the needs, available time, and pace of the student. This will be discussed and decided with the mentor.
Throughout all 3 phases, each student will be assigned a mentor who will be their reference and support for their personal and professional evolutionary process within the organization.
The relationship between students and mentors is bidirectional: on the one hand, it is the student who recognizes and grants the teacher/mentor that place of trust and dedication; in turn, the teacher/mentor positions themselves to receive and grant their trust, availability, inclination, and dedication to those students who have recognized them as such.
